Gregory Gullo, MD

Interventional Pain Management Specialist and Anesthesiologist

 

Dr. Gregory Gullo is a fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Medicine specialist with board certifications in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management.
He has been practicing medicine for approximately 35 years, focusing on Pain Management for more than 19 years. Prior to relocating to the Portland area, Dr. Gullo was Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Penn State University’s Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, where he supervised the Pain Management and Palliative Care Center. Later he entered into private practice in the Palm Springs, CA, area before settling in Northwest Oregon in 2005.

Yaw Sarpong, MD

Dr. Yaw Sarpong earned a medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, finished residency training in neurosurgery at University of Washington & Affiliated Hospitals and University of Missouri, and completed fellowship training in BioDesign and BioInnovation at University of Missouri.

Donald Winder, PA-C

                         Physician Assistant

 

After completing his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Colorado Denver, Don gained valuable experience in the fields of Neurology, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Family Practice while earning his national certification as a Physician Assistant. He has extensive knowledge of the latest interventional pain management techniques, medications, and therapies.

Jason Milbert, PA- C

                             Physician Assistant

 

Jason Milbert, PA-C is a physician assistant for Pain Care Specialists of Oregon. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2008 with Bachelor’s in Physiology and Minor in Exercise and Health Sciences. After earning a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of New England in 2015, he began his career in West Hartford, Connecticut as a pain management physician assistant. He has experience in orthopedic spine care, and joined the Pain Care Specialist of Oregon in 2021.

David Reavis, PA- C

                        Physician Assistant

 

David Reavis, PA-C, is a physician assistant for Pain Care Specialists of Oregon. He started his education at Brigham Young University in Provo, UT, where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Biology. After an 8-year stint serving in the Air Force, David went on to get a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY. He started his career working in general/vascular surgery in Corvallis, subsequently moving on to work with an orthopedic spine surgeon in Eugene, and finally settling into pain medicine with PCSO.

Dale Lee, FNP

        Family Nurse Practitioner

 

Dale Lee, FNP, is a nurse practitioner for Pain Care Specialists of Oregon. He graduated from the Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Nursing in 2017 and holds the Master of Science in Nursing. He earned his Associate of Science in Nursing at Central Oregon Community College in 2012 and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Auburn University at Montgomery in 2015. He carries post-graduate degrees in Chinese medicine and naturopathy from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland as well as the Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Washington in Seattle.

Allison Gullo, MD

                         Psychiatrist

 

Allison Gullo, MD holds Board Certifications in both General and Geriatric Psychiatry. She has been practicing medicine for over 25 years. Prior to completing General Psychiatry training at the University of Washington and Fellow training at Oregon Health Sciences University, Dr. Gullo practiced as a hospitalist in Pain Medicine serving patients in Palm Springs, CA. Dr. Gullo originally completed training in Anesthesiology at Penn State University in Hershey, PA. Dr. Gullo brings a unique mixture of training, expertise, and experience in caring for adult patients. Her practice encompasses the evaluation and management of geriatric cognitive disorders and adult psychiatric disorders including patients with complex medical disease and chronic pain.
